In case you where wondering and you know you where,
Duckponds Inc and Duckponds.com derive their names from several factors:
1. Lynnette and I have had pet ducks around our home since we married (now some 25 years).
2. We greatly admire these 'Web Footed' beautiful and versatile animals that can function in many environments from under water, on water, on land and in the air. Amazing really.
3. As humble software engineers we try to be as versatile in 'Web Footed' tasks, even long before there was an WWW based Internet.
4. Since we also have a pond in the back yard, Duckponds Inc and Duckponds.com just seemed to fit.
5. You will remember Duckponds but likley not one using my long lastname as a company/web site name.

What we like to do basically is skillfully applying computers to solving tasks. Email if you wish a resume from us. Sometimes we can use some work as well, so call if you have some tasks to do. If we can't help we can try to find you the right folks who can or provide guidance.

All our ducks are now free flyers and gone now. We transitioned to a three parrot flock but a smart QUACK QUACK is still a good signal between/for us. One of our parrots (Oliver) has learned how to say QUACK QUACK in quite a variety of ways. Really! See the N3UD link above for a picture of them.

Hope to see you someday as we waddle around the world and the web. Quack, Quack!

p.s.
You may like to learn about a local chorus group a friend of ours is in. They are pretty good and we are happy to be allowed to sponsor them a small bit once in a while.
Visit the wonderfully uplifting
 Forty Niners Chorus at http://www.49erschorus.org/
and plan to catch one of their concerts.  You'll smile.
